Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer III to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities that support mission-critical IT service management. You will lead integration efforts, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across ITSM and related modules.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a Public Trust, and a strong background in ServiceNow scripting and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into platform solutions.
• Lead development across ITSM, request management, knowledge management, asset management, CMDB and related modules.
• Develop integrations with REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
