Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer III to design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will implement scalable, secure platform capabilities, including workflows, catalog items, and integrations with REST/SOAP services.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, leading development across ITSM and CMDB modules, and ensuring performance, security, and data quality. Strong scripting and AI-enabled tooling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Proven experience developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with JavaScript, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
• Lead the development and enhancement of ServiceNow across ITSM, request management, CMDB, and related modules.
• Provide technical support, document designs, and work with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable platform capabilities.
