Job summary

Ai Signal Research, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance enterprise business systems.

You will be the primary technical resource for administration, development, workflow automation, integrations, and reporting across ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center, CSM, FSM, and EAM modules. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience administering and developing enterprise business apps.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Experience configuring ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center, CSM, FSM, EAM.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical resource for ServiceNow administration, development, workflow automation, integrations, reporting, and process improvement.
Support HCM, Payroll, ERP or enterprise business systems with ServiceNow and related tools.
Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, and Corporate Operations.
Create reports and dashboards, metrics, and BI solutions.
