Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer III to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities in support of mission-critical IT service management.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable platform solutions, including workflow automation, integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server), and AI-enabled features. Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience building, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow apps and integrations.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Lead integrations between ServiceNow and third‑party systems using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable platform capabilities.
• Provide technical documentation and support for ServiceNow solutions.
