Job summary

GlobalPoint is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a long-term hybrid role, requiring three days a week onsite in Rockville, MD or Tysons, VA. The role emphasizes strategic development, platform configuration, and analytics to deliver scalable, secure enterprise solutions.

The candidate will translate complex requirements into robust technical designs, build integrations, and support continuous improvements while ensuring system reliability and compliance with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years IT/software development, including 3+ years on ServiceNow development.
• Experience with IRM/GRC ServiceNow applications.
• Proven success delivering 2 large-scale projects end-to-end.
• Experience following iterative/agile SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Refine requirements withProduct Management and stakeholders to ensure clarity before development.
• Transform business requirements into robust ServiceNow technical specs.
• Build and customize ServiceNow with best practices for maintainability and upgrades.
• Develop AI features and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Design reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive testing including ATF and regression testing.
• Coordinate migrations and changes in FINRA JIRA, update sets, or repos.
• Provide documentation and training for end-users and cross-functional teams.
