Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote) for a W2 Contract-to-Hire engagement. You will design, develop, and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, ITSM, and integrations, delivering scalable workflows and automation.

The role requires hands-on JavaScript expertise, deep ServiceNow knowledge, and experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the ServiceNow Glide API.
• Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer workflows.
• Experience building and supporting REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience with HRSD and ITSM modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
• Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Flow Designer workflows.
• Build and support Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and automated fulfillment workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Design and implement HRSD and ITSM solutions that streamline business processes.
