Responsibilities

• Support technology teams in implementing ServiceNow’s Generative AI solution.
• Enhance the Core Platform, ITSM, HR Service Delivery, and Employee Portal/Content.

Skills

4+ years of hands-on engineering/development experience with the ServiceNow platform in ITSM and/or HRSD

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Experience with hands-on implementation of ServiceNow native AI capabilities

Direct experience handling implementations of AI within ServiceNow

Proven ability to define and capture measurable outcomes
