Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior ServiceNow developer in Charlotte, NC, on a hybrid schedule (4 days in the office, 1 day remote). The contract-to-hire role focuses on HRSD, ITSM, and enterprise integrations, building scalable ServiceNow solutions and automating workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and hands-on experience with Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and MID Server.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Develop Service Catalog solutions, Record Producers, and automated fulfillment processes.
• Create and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Develop HRSD and ITSM solutions supporting business process automation.
• Design and implement workflow automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
• Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.
• Support Agile teams in delivering high‑quality ServiceNow enhancements.

Our client seeks a Senior ServiceNow developer to design, develop, and support custom ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, ITSM, and enterprise integrations. The role focuses on workflow automation in the HR domain, application development, API integrations, and platform enhancements that improve operational efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate brings strong JavaScript expertise and hands‑on experience building scalable ServiceNow solutions and integrating enterprise systems.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $50.00 to $55.00/hr. w2

• Knowledge of HRSD and ITSM processes.
• Experience with Integration Hub and MID Server.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Preferred: Employee Center and Service Portal development.
• Preferred: Integrations with Azure, Active Directory, Snowflake, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Preferred: Git, DevOps practices, and automated deployment pipelines.
