Job summary

VSG Business Solutions LLC seeks a dual-threat ServiceNow Developer to drive enterprise-wide designs and implementations in a FedRAMP-authorized environment. The role focuses on scalable security, compliant digital transformation, and service optimization for a high-profile public sector client.

The candidate will lead complex development, integrations, and governance efforts onsite in Columbus, OH, leveraging advanced JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow tooling to deliver robust, upgradeable

Qualifications

8+ years in IT with 5+ years deep ServiceNow development/architecture experience.
Expert-level JavaScript, HTML/CSS; proficient with ServiceNow Studio, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
Experience in FedRAMP or similarly regulated government cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Design and develop custom scoped applications, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
Implement and maintain security controls, ACLs, data encryption, and secure coding standards in FedRAMP context.
Lead integrations with third-party systems using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Servers, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Establish development standards, perform code reviews, and ensure platform health and upgradeability.
Collaborate with Engagement Lead and stakeholders to translate requirements into high-level design and technical specs.
