Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to support Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). You will configure, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, delivering digital transformation solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment, automated workflows, and ITIL processes.

You will work with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow modules, integrations, and data flows, ensuring quality and security in a dynamic, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required prior to start date.
• Active Security+ certification (or equivalent DOD 8570 IAT Level II or higher) required prior to start date.
• Must be local to and able to commute daily to Fort Meade, MD or Scott AFB or Hill AFB.
• At least 6 years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure.
• At least 4 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow's ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
• Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles.
• Create, maintain, and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports.
• Create and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc.).
• Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.
• Assist with design, creation, and cataloging of business process flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input supporting ongoing business needs for ServiceNow configuration, implementation, and support.
• Review and apply UI/UX requirements from internal and external teams and align them into ServiceNow development.
