Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance and US citizenship required.
• DoD 8140 Work Roles: 632 Systems Developer, Intermediate.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Cybersecurity/DS/IS/IT/SE or equivalent.
• CSSLP, GCLD, GSEC or other DoD 8140 certifications preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• 5+ years of application development; 3+ years ServiceNow experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, implement, and sustain ServiceNow apps and workflows.
• Collaborate with DoD stakeholders to translate processes into workflows and wireframes.
• Create dashboards, reports, and forms tailored to mission needs.
• Implement ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM modules and related processes.
• Support requirements analysis, sprint planning, demos, and releases.
• Apply secure development standards, access controls, testing, and CM in DoD environment.
• Troubleshoot defects and coordinate production changes with teams.
