Job summary

SHC Federal is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design and maintain applications supporting DISA modernization initiatives in Maryland. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, ITSM, and CMDB.

The position involves integrating systems, developing workflows, and enhancing capabilities. Applicants should possess a solid coding background and be able to support Agile teams to improve service delivery for DoD customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex platform issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
• Support the implementation of ITSM, CMDB, CSM, and other capabilities.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and external data sources.

Skills

Hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Strong development/coding background

Security+ certification

Experience with REST APIs

Experience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe
