Qualificações

• 7-9 years of relevant experience in software development, with substantial hands-on ServiceNow expertise.
• Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Mandatory: Hands-on ServiceNow development experience in Custom

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (CSM or FSO).
• Build and optimize workflows, Flow Designer flows, playbooks, catalog items, forms, and client scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with internal or third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance while following best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions aligned with the SmartApps roadmap.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and deployments.
