Qualifications

• 7–9 years of relevant experience in software development on the ServiceNow platform.
• Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Mandatory: Hands-on ServiceNow development experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) or Financial Services Operations (FSO).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, development, configuration, scripting, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform components with a focus on CSM or FSO.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and internal or third‑party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Develop custom functionality using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting; customize UI using HTML/CSS.
• Configure and manage data imports, exports, mappings, and transformations; maintain data quality.
• Diagnose and resolve defects; perform testing and deployments; support post‑release validation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation; collaborate in Agile ceremonies and with cross‑functional teams.
