Job summary

Axiom Path seeks an experienced ServiceNow developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will own custom apps, automation workflows, and complex integrations across HRSD and ITSM, collaborating with analysts, architects, and application teams in a hybrid Charlotte-based role.

You will implement Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows, plus REST and SOAP integrations via Integration Hub and MID Server.

Qualifications

• Five+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer solutions.
• Experience designing and developing custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Hands-on experience building REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience using ServiceNow Integration Hub and MID Server technologies.
• Knowledge of HRSD and ITSM processes.
• Experience developing Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and automated fulfillment workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical-documentation capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is preferred.
• Experience with Employee Center, Service Portal, Git, DevOps pipelines, or AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.
• Build Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and automated fulfillment processes.
• Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Develop HRSD and ITSM solutions that automate business processes and improve the user experience.
• Design workflow automation that reduces manual effort and increases efficiency.
• Translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex application, scripting, workflow, and integration issues.
• Participate in code reviews and promote maintainable development standards.
• Support Agile delivery teams through design, development, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to platform enhancements involving Employee Center, Service Portal, DevOps, or intelligent automation.
