United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow AI Engineer to deliver AI-powered solutions that transform healthcare operations and employee experiences at enterprise scale. This role combines software engineering, ServiceNow expertise, intelligent automation, and cloud-native development to implement secure, scalable solutions.

You will work with product, architecture, security, and engineering teams to build AI-enabled workflows, modern integrations, and automation capabilities

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, APIs, and integrations.
• Background implementing AI-enabled automation, workflows, or platforms.
• Experience building REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale ServiceNow and AI-powered solutions.
• Develop intelligent workflows using AI Agents, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and automation features.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, integrations, and reusable platform services.
• Translate designs into secure, scalable production implementations.
• Drive cloud-native, API-first, and automation-focused engineering practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, reliability, and operations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term fixes.
• Mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions.
