Job summary

Brillfy Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow solutions in a demanding IT environment.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, translate requirements into technical solutions, build workflows, integrations, and implement best practices across multiple instances. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in IT/software development, 8+ years with ServiceNow, and strong leadership for mentoring junior

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT/software development experience.
• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow development.
• 6+ years in ServiceNow Architecture and scripting.
• 6+ years Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience with ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Government client experience is strongly preferred.
• CAD or CIS certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions.
• Gather requirements from Product Owners and stakeholders and translate into technical solutions.
• Build requested items, tasks, workflows, approvals, and process lifecycles.
• Design and develop ServiceNow Forms, Tables, Modules, and applications.
• Develop Workflow / Flow Designer solutions.
• Configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, and Service Portal/CMS components.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve application problems.
• Create and manage Update Sets and promote/test changes across multiple instances into production.
• Support reports, operational administration, and continuous service improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with development, business, and project teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices, security guidelines, governance policies, and maintain an OOTB-focused environment.

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
• 6+ years of ServiceNow Architecture and ServiceNow Scripting
• 6+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong hands-on experience with ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and implementation
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and multiple platforms
• Experience creating, promoting, and testing Update Sets through multiple instances
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• CAD or CIS certification is highly desired
• Government client experience is strongly preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and technical leadership skills
