Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead advanced platform development, enterprise integrations, and ongoing optimization of the ServiceNow environment.

You will serve as a senior technical contributor, guide junior developers, collaborate with architects on solution design, and ensure scalable, secure implementations across enterprise instances. You will design and customize ServiceNow modules, build REST APIs, manage upgrades and performance, and mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise-scale implementations.
• Advanced expertise in server-side and client-side scripting, API development, and platform configuration.
• Strong working knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Experience with platform upgrades, instance cloning, and multi-tenant environments.
• Demonstrated experience with Integration Hub, REST integrations, and external system connectivity.
• Familiarity with Domain Separation and multi-tenant architecture.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CAD preferred.
• Proven ability to mentor developers and provide technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ServiceNow functionality using server-side and client-side scripting.
• Design and configure Service Catalogs, ACLs, Roles, and UI Builder interfaces.
• Build and customize Employee Center, portals, widgets, and Angular-based UI components.
• Create and maintain REST and Scripted REST APIs, Flow Designer solutions, and Integration Hub actions.
• Implement and manage notifications, dashboards, and analytics.
• Monitor system health, analyze upgrade and performance logs, and optimize reliability.
• Serve as a technical liaison between architects and developers; conduct code reviews.
• Manage upgrades, cloning, data archiving, and domain separation configurations.
• Design and support integrations with external systems including SSO and discovery tools.

This role serves as a senior technical contributor within IT Service Management, providing hands-on developmentexpertisewhile guiding junior developers, partnering with architects on solution design, and ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations across enterprise instances.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance ServiceNow functionality using server-side and client-side scripting, including Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs

Design and configure Service Catalogs, Catalog APIs, Order Guides, ACLs, Roles, Workspaces, and UI Builder interfaces

Build and customize Employee Center, portals, widgets, and Angular-based UI components to support business requirements

Create andmaintainREST and Scripted REST APIs, Flow Designer solutions,SubFlows, and Integration Hub actions, including custom integrations and automation scripts

Implement and manage notifications, templates, mail scripts, dashboards, reports, and performance analytics

Monitor system health, analyze upgrade and performance logs, andoptimizeplatform reliability and scalability

Serve as a technical liaison between architects and developers, ensuring alignment with design standards and architectural patterns

Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices tomaintainhigh-quality, maintainable solutions

Manage instance upgrades, cloning activities, data archiving, replication processes, and domain separation configurations

Design and support integrations with external systems, including SSO, discovery tools, Service Graph Connectors, ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow e-bonding, and AI-enabled automation use cases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience


• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations


• Advancedexpertisein server-side and client-side scripting, API development, and platform configuration


• Strong working knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules


• Experience managing platform upgrades, instance cloning, and multi-instance environments


• Demonstrated experience with Integration Hub, REST integrations, and external system connectivity


• Familiarity with Domain Separation and multi-tenant architecture


• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred


• Proven ability to mentor developers and provide technical leadership


• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills
