Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Manager to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. Qualifications

• 5+ years knowledge and experience with ServiceNow or implementing ServiceNow
• CSA certification completed
• CIS certification completed
• Minimum 3 years of experience with MS Project
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management/Delivery
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales stage to successful delivery including scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables (project plan, issues/risk register, weekly status reports).
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive continuous improvements of delivery methodology and services based on client experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with sponsors/stakeholders on governance and process issues.
