Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Manager to oversee successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will develop in the ServiceNow platform, stay current with offerings, and drive structured delivery with strong governance and communications.

The role emphasizes program management, stakeholder engagement, and a process-oriented approach, with travel up to 0-100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience with or implementing ServiceNow.
Completed Certification - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Minimum of 1 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Project.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management/Delivery or certification in project management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and outcomes.
Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
Lead and manage the implementation project team.
Prepare client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
