Job summary

Accenture is seeking experienced ServiceNow delivery leads to drive engagements across client environments. You will manage post-sales to successful delivery, coordinate project teams, and ensure value realization for enterprise software deployments.

Travel may be required, with a focus on governance, program management, and process optimization. Ideal candidates have CSA and CIS certifications, strong MS Project skills, and a background in enterprise software or consulting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience with or implementing ServiceNow.
• Certification in ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales to delivery success including scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables (project plan, risk/issue log, status reports).
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive improvements to implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experience.
• Demonstrate ability to influence and consult with sponsors and stakeholders.
