Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years hands-on experience in Tech Risk technology solution design and architecture.
• Deep ServiceNow expertise with certifications and hands-on implementation experience.
• 10+ years leading ServiceNow implementations and consulting or Big 4 experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IRM, GRC, and SecOps strategies on ServiceNow.
• Design and implement enterprise risk and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI, HIPAA) using ServiceNow.
• Oversee delivery of ServiceNow-based cyber risk solutions for clients.
• Lead assessment, configuration, and deployment of IRM, GRC, SecOps modules (ITSM/ITAM/CMDB).
• Mentor global teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow technical solutions.
• Create go-to-market strategies and innovative ServiceNow-based offerings.
• Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow trends and emerging tech.
