Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Manager to lead cyber risk solutions within the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. You will drive IRM, GRC, and SecOps initiatives across global client engagements, shaping enterprise risk programs and ServiceNow implementations.

The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, senior leadership, and the ability to manage cross‑functional teams across geographies, with travel roughly 50% on average.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing tech risk solutions and architectures.
• Experience with ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps, TPRM.
• Advanced ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSTAs, CMA/CTA) and hands‑on design experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IRM, GRC, and SecOps strategies using the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and implement enterprise risk and compliance frameworks aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI, HIPAA.
• Oversee delivery of ServiceNow-based cyber risk solutions and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Lead assessment, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and SecOps modules (ITSM, ITAM, CMDB).
• Mentor global teams to ensure high-quality delivery of cyber risk management services.
