Job summary

Deloitte Cyber seeks a Cyber Manager - ServiceNow to lead end-to-end ServiceNow programs across multiple workstreams, managing scope, schedule, and budgets while driving governance and measurable value realization.

The role requires 6+ years delivering ServiceNow programs in a client-facing setting, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate onshore and offshore teams from initiation through go-live and transition to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream ServiceNow programs from mobilization through go-live and transition.
• Establish delivery governance, backlog, sprint and release planning across multiple workstreams with architects and product owners.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and executive communications; provide status reporting with KPIs and value realization.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore resources and vendors; mitigate delivery risks and interdependencies.
• Oversee pre-sales to delivery handoff, including scoping, staffing, approaches, and transition-to-operations readiness.
• Mentor team members and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality.
