Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Strategy & Transformation team seeks a Manager - ServiceNow to lead end-to-end ServiceNow programs across multiple workstreams, from mobilization to go-live and transition.

You will coordinate governance, manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations, and partner with onshore/offshore teams to ensure timely delivery with measurable value.

A remote role with up to 50% travel, offering a compensation range of $134,500 to $265,100. Eligible for discretionary incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration
• 6+ years managing ServiceNow programs or projects in a client-facing consulting or professional services role
• 5+ years leading multi-workstream ServiceNow deliveries using Agile or hybrid methodologies
• 5+ years experience architecting solutions across multiple ServiceNow security and risk modules
• 3+ years managing program financials, executive reporting, stakeholder management, and change control
• 3+ years managing distributed delivery teams, and 2+ full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• Ability to travel 50%, on average

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream ServiceNow programs from mobilization through go-live and transition
• Standing up delivery governance and operating rhythms; drive backlog, sprint, and release planning
• Managing stakeholder engagement and executive communications with KPIs and adoption metrics
• Orchestrating cross-functional teams and vendors across onshore and offshore models
• Overseeing pre-sales through delivery handoff activities including scoping and staffing plans
