Sii Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Client's team in a fully remote role. You will drive custom development on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and ongoing platform improvements.

Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
Strong command of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
Practical experience in custom development and system improvements.
Advanced level of English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Lead custom development initiatives within the ServiceNow platform.
Drive improvements to enhance the functionality and performance of ServiceNow CSM solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
