Job summary

GlideFast Consulting seeks a Senior Technical Consultant to design, develop, and own ServiceNow solutions, providing administration, app development, maintenance, and technical support for clients.

You will lead ITOM workstreams (Service Mapping & Discovery), implement REST/SOAP integrations, write and review business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data policies, and mentor other consultants while guiding implementation sessions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a ServiceNow developer.
• Experience with Service Mapping & Discovery.
• 1+ year in a consulting role delivering software implementations.
• 3rd party integrations development (REST, SOAP, MID Servers).
• Working knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP), XML and JSON.
• Operating systems knowledge (Linux, Windows).
• ITIL foundations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality consulting services to install, configure, and integrate ServiceNow.
• Develop custom software solutions through scripting and development.
• Prepare technical documentation as specified in contracts and internally required.
• Provide value-based assessments and workshops for customers.
• Write and review business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, and data policies.
• Troubleshoot configuration/script issues and attend requirements sessions.
• Lead implementation sessions and mentor other consultants.
