Job summary

Accelera Solutions is seeking a Senior ServiceNow CMDB Developer to design, develop, and integrate ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and SPM, with data from external sources. The role supports a DoD customer and requires a DoD secret clearance for eligibility.

You will lead technical design, develop scripts and workflows, mentor teammates, and ensure secure, high-quality operations as part of a fast-paced, remote-friendly team across U.S. bases.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience; bachelor’s degree may substitute for 5 years of experience
• Ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• ServiceNow CAD certification

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules.
• Develop scripts, workflows, and integrations with external data sources.
• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow development, scripting, and system architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex system integration and compatibility issues.
• Collaborate with project teams, end-users, and leadership to define application requirements and conduct reviews.
• Mentor teammates and assist in creating user manuals and technical reports.
