Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM and modules (ITOM/ITAM/CMDB).
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, engineering, or related field.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and platform teams to understand goals and current-state issues.
• Lead requirements discovery sessions and process reviews for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Translate needs into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate requests against platform standards and long-term maintainability.
• Support backlog, sprint planning, UAT, releases, and post-release validation.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and process owners for feasible solutions.
• Perform current/future-state analysis and impact assessments across workflows.
• Support data quality, reporting needs, and process optimization.
