Job summary

Mumba Technologies, Inc. in California seeks a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to drive ITSM and SAM Pro implementations.

You will gather requirements, map processes, write user stories and oversee UAT, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and architects to deliver scalable solutions.

A strong ITIL background and ServiceNow certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BA experience with ServiceNow.
• Proven ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience.
• Strong SAM Pro implementation experience.
• Experience gathering requirements, process mapping, user stories, and UAT.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and architects.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Now Assist and MoveWork experience is a plus.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA/CIS are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and map business processes for ServiceNow implementations.
• Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Lead and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to deliver solutions.
• Ensure ITIL-aligned processes and data governance across modules.
• Highlight and pursue opportunities to leverage Now Assist and MoveWork features.
• Maintain awareness of relevant CSA/CIS certifications and best practices.
