Everforth Apex, a leading IT services firm, seeks a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst / Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to drive demand intake, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable user stories. You will coordinate backlogs, work closely with delivery teams, and manage stakeholder communications to ensure successful outcomes.

CSA certification is required; CIS is preferred. US-based or nearshore resources are welcome as part of a global delivery model.

Qualifications

• Senior-level BA/PM responsible for demand intake, requirements gathering, user story development, backlog readiness, sprint coordination, documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable outcomes and work with business and technical stakeholders.
• US-based or nearshore resources considered; ServiceNow CSA certification is required; CIS certification preferred.
