Job summary

Everforth Apex, a leading IT services firm, seeks a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst / Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to drive demand intake, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable user stories. You will coordinate backlogs, work closely with delivery teams, and manage stakeholder communications to ensure successful outcomes.

CSA certification is required; CIS is preferred. US-based or nearshore resources are welcome as part of a global delivery model.

Qualifications

ServiceNow Business Analyst / Project Manager (Senior, 8+ Years Experience)

Senior-level BA/PM responsible for demand intake, requirements gathering, user story development, backlog readiness, sprint coordination, documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder management. This individual will work closely with Jason's team and the delivery team, serving as the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, customer-facing experience, and the ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable outcomes are critical. ServiceNow CSA certification is required; CIS certification is preferred. US-based or nearshore resources will be considered.
