Job summary
ITC Federal is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and design for federal agency clients. You will act as the backlog gatekeeper, mentor junior staff, and ensure solutions meet federal standards while aligning with ServiceNow best practices.
You will collaborate with architects and delivery teams to map processes, validate feasibility, and drive adoption through UAT and training.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a business analyst with 3+ years on ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops to elicit and document requirements aligned to agency goals.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs in Agile/Scrum.
- Conduct gap analyses between legacy processes and ServiceNow out-of-the-box functionality.
- Mentor junior analysts and perform peer reviews of designs and tests.
- Develop process maps and data models for end-to-end service delivery.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices to avoid unnecessary customization.
- Ensure designs meet federal IT standards including Section 508 and NIST controls.
- Create and execute UAT plans and training materials.
