Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and deploy ServiceNow solutions for federal agency clients. This role leads complex builds from requirements through rollout, with emphasis on configuration, catalog items, Flow Designer automations, and IntegrationsHub integrations.

You will mentor developers, establish development standards, and collaborate with analysts and admins to ensure secure, upgradeable, and maintainable solutions across ITSM modules.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong scripting: server-side and client-side JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Experience building Service Catalog items, workflows, or Flow Designer automations, and integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex builds from requirements through rollout.
• Agile/Scrum experience with strong communication and independence.

Responsibilities

• Build & Configure ServiceNow configurations, custom apps, and automated workflows.
• Write and maintain server-side and client-side JavaScript using Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Favor configuration over customization to keep upgrades maintainable.
