Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, and more within District government projects. The role focuses on scalable, secure architectures and strong governance.

Onsite only in Washington, DC with a two-month engagement. You will guide integrations via REST/SOAP, model data with UML, and provide knowledge transfer to teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect with enterprise-scale delivery.
• Hands-on within ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM modules.
• Experience architecting complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including architecture, workflows, data models and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance to development teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and solution architecture.
• Configure and enhance the ServiceNow platform using workflows, forms, UI policies and catalog items.
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP, MID Servers.
• Optimize performance, scalability, governance and security compliance.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams and conduct knowledge transfer.

This role involves architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business goals across District government technology projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including architecture, workflows, data models, and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance to development teams.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical designs and solution architecture.
• Configure and enhance the ServiceNow platform using workflows, forms, UI policies, and catalog items.
• Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and related protocols.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, governance, and security compliance.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and provide knowledge transfer to teams.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM.
• Experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and workflows.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and enterprise integration methods.
• Experience with IT systems roadmap development and system modeling tools such as UML.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
