Job summary

CACI seeks a certified ServiceNow Systems Architect to lead enterprise-wide design and integration in support of national security missions. You will drive end-to-end architecture, collaborate with government leaders and agile teams, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable solutions that meet mission-critical requirements.

You will guide integration with ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM, prioritize features, and enforce standards to minimize technical debt while ensuring upgrade readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in designing, architecture and data services including COTS and IAM
• Minimum 8 years’ experience creating architecture diagrams and technical specs
• Thorough experience with ServiceNow CMDB
• Detailed experience with ServiceNow CSDM
• Extensive ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM experience
• Strong API and data modeling knowledge in ServiceNow
• Experience in agile sprint environments using ServiceNow
• Ability to collaborate across programs for unified goals
• Clear leadership and decisive communication skills
• TS/SCI with Polygraph and BA/BS Degree

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions
• Evaluate architectural fit and integration complexity vs. out-of-the-box functionality
• Identify must-have vs. nice-to-have features across core workflows (Incident, Change, Asset)
• Liaise with government leaders, program teams and stakeholders to integrate with enterprise services
• Develop and implement standards for technology acquisition, use and maintenance
• Coordinate with agile teams and brief government personnel as required
• Enforce development standards and architectural principles to minimize technical debt
• Ensure upgrade-readiness and long-term scalability with strategic roadmaps
• Architect integrations with third-party technologies as SME on platform capabilities
• Lead creation of designs leveraging OOTB ServiceNow while managing necessary customization
