Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for global clients. This remote-USA role focuses on modernization, architecture oversight, and strategic collaboration with business leaders and delivery teams.

You will drive end-to-end architecture for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, and SPM, drive integration strategies, mentor architects, and support pre-sales activities and client workshops.

Qualifications

• 20+ years IT experience with enterprise technology consulting/architecture.
• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow architecture & implementation.
• Proven success leading multiple enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, strategy, and delivery for large-scale ServiceNow programs.
• Define scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards and governance.
• Architect and guide implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Drive integration strategies between ServiceNow and cloud platforms, enterprise apps, and third-party systems.
• Partner with executives and delivery teams to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural oversight throughout the lifecycle.
• Support solution development, estimation, pre-sales activities, and client workshops.
