Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field plus 8+ years IT consulting, business analysis, or related experience.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects by applying deep expertise; develop work plans, coordinate resources, and drive timely delivery.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and mentor team members; provide guidance to leadership.
• Develop requirements for complex solutions spanning multiple business domains with IT teams.
• Elicit and analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Create business cases assessing costs, benefits, ROI, and TCO for proposals.
• Guide evolution of applications and processes toward future-state design.
