Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Senior Technical Architect for the ServiceNow Business Group. You will architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, lead a team of developers, and advise C-Suite stakeholders on strategic platform directions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years with ServiceNow, strong governance experience, and a record of delivering enterprise IT transformations in a consulting environment. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience with ServiceNow in a technical architecture/lead engineer role.
• Experience transforming enterprise IT in consulting/professional services.
• 6+ years mentoring ServiceNow developers/architects; leadership & coaching.
• 6+ years setting architectural standards, code reviews, platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements to implementation methodology and service offerings.
• Lead teams of ServiceNow developers in technical management and mentorship.
• Provide executive-level guidance and governance across large ServiceNow programs.
• Influence sponsors with options, risks and governance considerations.
