Purple Drive is seeking a Senior Technical Lead/Architect to design and guide IT infrastructure and ServiceNow integrations in a complex enterprise environment. The role emphasizes ITSM, CMDB, REST/SOAP integrations, scripting, testing, and ensuring high availability across server, network, and storage components.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to ITIL, SDLC practices, and industry standards is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Senior Technical Lead/Architect experience in enterprise environments.
• ITSM, CMDB, integrations, and VA within ServiceNow.
• Cloud fundamentals and Windows/Unix administration basics.
• Understanding of infrastructure environments (server/network/storage).
• Monitoring tools knowledge.
• ITIL processes and integration solutions at architecture level.
• Base platform and reports knowledge.
• Scripting and RegEx in JavaScript, Unix shell, Windows PowerShell.
• REST/SOAP integrations and testing types (unit, integration, UAT).
• Repeatable Dev/Test/Prod environments with high availability.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Agile/Scrum familiarity and SDLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily standups and align requirements with development.
• Ensure code quality and timely task delivery according to standards.
• Support users during UAT and provide task documentation.
• Configure and maintain MID servers and credentials.
• Own discovery schedules and troubleshoot with device owners.
• Implement cloud and tag-based discovery solutions.
• Collaborate with application teams to build Service Map.
• Develop IRE rules, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Jobs.
• Maintain event management integrations and configurations.
• Configure event rules, mapping, and alert flows.
• Implement de-duplication and correlation rules.
• Configure reports and dashboards; coordinate with infra/app teams for requirements.
