EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead the design, architecture and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions within Financial Services. You will own solution architectures, guide delivery teams, and ensure compliance with security and platform best practices while collaborating with global clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, engagement with clients, and steering complex implementations across workflows, data, and integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, engineering or similar discipline.
Typically 4–6 years of IT experience including hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural capacities.
Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM, ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
Define architectures covering case and workflow design, integration and data flows, security and access controls.
Provide hands-on leadership during critical design and build phases and translate architecture into configuration and code.
Collaborate with CMAs, solution architects, developers and testers to ensure successful delivery.
