Qualifications

• Ability to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define architectures: case design, integrations, data flows, security.
• Ensure solutions align with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Own architectural decisions and trade‑offs; address complex challenges.
• Guide delivery teams; translate architecture into configuration and code.
