Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect/Technical Leader to drive end-to-end solution design for Fortune 500 clients. You will lead teams of ServiceNow developers, provide governance and architectural direction, and partner with account teams to create scalable, value-driven outcomes.

The role requires extensive experience across ServiceNow, enterprise IT transformation, and strong executive communication. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 10+ years with ServiceNow in a Technical Architecture, Lead Engineer, or equivalent senior technical role with end-to-end solution design ownership.
• 8+ years driving enterprise IT transformation and platform strategy, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• 6+ years leading and mentoring ServiceNow Developers/Technical Architects including technical direction and coaching.
• 6+ years establishing and enforcing architectural/engineering standards including code reviews and platform governance.
• 6+ years hands-on experience with scripting and development on the ServiceNow platform (JavaScript and platform APIs; SQL preferred).
• 6+ years delivering solutions in Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Wagile).
• 3 ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM or equivalent (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 12 years total work experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
• Influence and consult with sponsors/stakeholders, providing options with pros/cons/risks and thought leadership.
• Drive governance, program/project management, and business-process solutions across large client programs.
• Provide executive-level advisory and architectural guidance to senior client stakeholders.
• Offer access to robust training and certification opportunities within the ServiceNow Business Group.
