Accenture plc in the United States is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead complex transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients. You will mentor developers, shape governance, and collaborate with account teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across cloud ecosystems that improve efficiency and customer experience.

You have 8+ years of deep ServiceNow experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering IT transformation strategies in high tech consulting.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience directly driving IT transformation & strategy planning.
Minimum of 4 years’ leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor.
Minimum of 4 years' experience implementing & enforcing standards, such as: code reviews & architectural reviews.
Minimum of 6 years' experience with advanced scripting skills – JavaScript, SQL
Minimum of 6 years' experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & Wagile.
At least three ServiceNow certifications- System Admin, Application Developer and ITSM preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
Technical Architects can expect to manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
Lead governance, program/project management and technical problem solving for client initiatives.
Collaborate with ServiceNow account teams to progress opportunities and provide thought leadership.
