Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Senior Technical Architect for the ServiceNow Business Group. You will architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, lead teams of developers, and provide technical direction on Fortune 500 client programs, while staying current with offerings and best practices.

Role requires strong executive communication, mentorship, and governance across complex digital transformations, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

10+ years' experience working with ServiceNow in a Technical Architecture/Lead Engineer role with end-to-end solution ownership.
8+ years' experience driving enterprise IT transformation and platform strategy in consulting or professional services.
6+ years' experience leading ServiceNow Developers/Architects, including direction and coaching.
6+ years' hands-on experience establishing architectural/engineering standards, code reviews, and platform governance.
6+ years' experience with advanced scripting on the ServiceNow platform (JavaScript, APIs).
6+ years' experience delivering solutions in Agile delivery models (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
3 ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM or equivalent preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; if Associate’s degree, 6+ years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvements to implementation methodology and service offerings based on client feedback.
Lead and mentor ServiceNow Developers/Architects in a technical management capacity.
Provide governance, process discipline, and structured problem solving across projects.
Influence sponsors and stakeholders with options, risks, and business outcomes.
Leverage training and certification opportunities to stay current.
