Accenture is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to drive architecture, strategy and delivery for Fortune 500 clients. You will mentor teams of developers, shape governance and program management, and partner with account teams to advance opportunities.

The role emphasizes leadership, enterprise service design, and strong collaboration with clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience directly driving IT transformation & strategy planning. Preferably in a high-tech consulting environment.
• Minimum of 4 years’ leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience implementing & enforcing standards, such as: code reviews & architectural reviews.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience with advanced scripting skills – JavaScript, SQL
• Minimum of 6 years' experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & Wagile.
• At least three ServiceNow certifications- System Admin, Application Developer and ITSM preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients.
• Lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
• Be process oriented and favor order over chaos.
• Collaborate with peers and Subject Matter Experts when needed.
• Influence and consult sponsors/stakeholders with options, pros, cons and risks.
