Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and continuous improvement of the enterprise platform.
• Define and maintain architecture standards to ensure scalability, performance, and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee system performance, reliability, and availability, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across all platform capabilities.
• Manage platform administration, including leading and mentoring platform administrators.
• Drive the development of efficient workflows, streamlined processes, and system integrations across enterprise applications.
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, application development, and service management teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions.
• Champion innovation and best practices to continuously enhance platform capabilities and user experience.
