Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA in Dallas, TX, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to define the enterprise architecture roadmap and design scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions. You will lead governance, mentor teams, and partner with executives to deliver innovative IT service management transformations.

The role focuses on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and multiple ServiceNow product suites, with strong emphasis on APIs, integrations, and IAM.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Engineering.
5+ years of ServiceNow architecture and solution design experience.
Proven success leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and transformations.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, and product suites.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the enterprise ServiceNow architecture roadmap and platform strategy.
Design scalable, secure, and business-aligned ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
Expand ServiceNow capabilities including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, Employee Center, CSM, SPM, GRC, and SecOps.
Drive workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Establish governance standards, platform best practices, and technical design patterns.
Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver innovative solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural oversight for ServiceNow resources.
