Job summary

CACI International is seeking an SME-level Enterprise Architect for the GMOS contract with the Department of State. You will lead enterprise architecture efforts, focusing on ServiceNow ITSM, modernization roadmaps, and global infrastructure alignment.

You will guide a high-performing team, establish governance and standards, and drive strategic initiatives across distributed facilities to support national security missions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required with 13+ years of related IT experience.
• Demonstrated enterprise architecture leadership across large-scale IT environments.
• Experience translating strategies into architecture roadmaps and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical/management leadership for enterprise ServiceNow IT service portfolio and catalog management.
• Directs infrastructure architecture development aligning with DOS and federal standards globally.
• Establishes governance review process and standards adoption across the organization.
• Directs metrics to measure adoption and compliance for enterprise-wide monitoring.
• Ensures service portfolio strategy aligns with agency modernization goals.
