Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
• Experience with offshore teams delivering solutions.
• Experience in large complex ERP deployments and consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Oversees a team of onshore and offshore developers for the implementation of modules like ITSM, ITOM, PM, CSM, HRSD.
• Customizes and configures ServiceNow applications to meet business needs, including workflows and forms.
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Collaborates with client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitors and optimizes performance of ServiceNow applications for high availability.
• Maintains comprehensive documentation of architecture, design, and implementation processes.
• Provides training and support to end-users and IT staff.
